They have survival instincts. They have anxiety. They are terrified of your cursor. Hunt them down, exploit their herd mentality, and feed them into the shredder. It's mission-critical math in a world where nothing matters.

About This Game

WELCOME TO THE SYSTEM.

The mandate is simple: stabilize the numerical streams and prepare them for final dissolution. Do not question the process. The process is absolute.

The numbers have developed an unauthorized survival instinct. They perceive your cursor as a systemic threat and will actively scramble to evade your command. Insubordination cannot be tolerated.

You cannot force them; you must corner them. Leverage the "Social Cohesion" mechanic — when numbers gather into compliant groups, their panic subsides, making them easy to sweep into the sequence. Satisfy the machine's strict procedural requirements to maintain systemic rhythm. Failure to meet the quota results in immediate corporate restructuring.

Core Features

  • Numerical Anxiety & Instability

These aren't lifeless digits. Every number possesses a "personal safety bubble." The moment your cursor breaches their comfort zone, they panic and scurry away. You aren't just solving equations; you are stabilizing volatile data that actively tries to slip through your fingers.

  • Social Cohesion

Isolated numbers are flighty and unpredictable. However, there is strength in numbers. When specific mathematical groups huddle together, they gain "Social Confidence." Use the Synergy Indicator to identify these brave little clusters — once they feel secure in their groups, they lower their guard, making them easy to capture.

  • Beyond the Sum

A total is just the beginning. Some folders want an exact count, some want ascending order, some reject repeats. Others run on formulas — where the same pair of numbers can fail or succeed depending on which one you pick first. Read the folder. The sum is rarely the whole story.

  • Tune the Static

Play it clean, or let the system rot. Three visual intensity levels — from a crisp, distraction-free feed to a flickering, degraded CRT haze — let you dial in exactly how much chaos surrounds the math. Underneath it all, the sound never changes: paper shuffles, folders snap shut, clicks confirm every move, and somewhere a shredder hums beneath an ambient score that's calm and tense in equal measure.

  • Scaling Volatility

Each level adds more folders, more conditions, more ways to fail. A sum becomes a sequence. A sequence becomes a set of rules stacked on top of each other. The numbers stay small. The math never gets harder. Managing the chaos does.
