Some of the scenes in *Shan He Nian Yuan* (60+ hand-drawn-style scenes) were created with the assistance of AI tools, primarily for exploring the composition and atmosphere of Republican-era architecture, streets, and interior spaces. After manual selection and repeated adjustments, the AI-generated results were used as references for hand-drawn recreation. The final artwork was drawn by hand using an F-nib fountain pen and brown ink. AI primarily served as a tool for conceptual exploration and design assistance. Through authentic pen strokes, variations in linework, and paper texture, the final artwork aims to convey the warmth and atmosphere of the Republican era.

II. Map System

The map system is an important information and exploration feature for players, as well as a core component that helps them gain a deeper understanding of the game's world and narrative.The map system contains five categories of content: music, CGs, scenes, stories and discoveries, and items. Due to the large volume of text involved, the related annotations were manually reviewed and organized, with AI assisting in their generation, translation, condensation, and refinement. This helped make the descriptions more concise and accessible while preserving key information about the story, characters' experiences, and historical context.
