This game is designed for mature audiences and contains explicit sexual content, graphic violence, and strong language. All characters depicted in the game are strictly 21 years of age or older.

The narrative features graphic, fully consensual interactive sex scenes that include full nudity. While the core focus is on the story and character relationships, some of the sexual encounters contain themes of rough sex and mild power dynamics (dominance/submission).

Because the game is set in a harsh, unforgiving criminal underworld, players will encounter scenes of explicit violence. This includes blood, the use of weapons, murder, and physical interrogation. The story also depicts alcohol consumption, the use of medical sedatives, and encounters with characters dealing with addiction.
