What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“I'm hoping to gather info from the community on the game, so that I can gauge interest and refine before launch”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“2-3 months”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of Dungeon Dash will be a complete run through the dungeon (approx. 50 levels), to place the Relic of Binding in its final resting place, completing the game and the story line.

Additional levels will be added to each difficulty pool, adding more variety for each play of the game.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The early access version has a complete run through of the first 30 levels with the ability to complete the game after level 30.

Difficulty increases every 10 levels. Each pool has dozens of levels to select from, so you will have a unique run every time.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Early Access will be offered at a lower price than the full game.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I would love to get feedback about the game during this early access window, and will stay as involved as I can with the community during this time.”

About This Game

Dungeon Dash — Relic of Binding

Part puzzle. Part adventure. All roguelike.

A violent earthquake shakes the depths of the ancient dungeon, sending the Relic of Binding tumbling from its resting place, releasing monsters of chaos and destruction from their sealed tomb. Carried by an underground stream, the relic washes ashore at the dungeon's entrance. Now it waits.

But the Relic of Binding does not wait passively. The hero who takes it up will find themselves bound to its power and bound to its purpose. There is no setting it down. There is no turning back. The relic must be returned to its sanctum, and it has chosen you to carry it there.

Which hero has the courage and cunning to venture back into the darkness, face what has been unleashed, and return the Relic of Binding to its sanctum before the chaos spreads beyond the dungeon forever?

The Relic Changes Everything

The Relic of Binding is no ordinary treasure. Possessing it grants its bearer incredible power, but power that must be understood before it can be mastered.

Move fast enough and you enter the Dash State, a blur of unstoppable momentum that makes you invincible and obliterates any monster in your path. The relic rewards the bold, the fast, and the clever. But its power has boundaries. Master them and the dungeon is yours. Ignore them and the dungeon will remind you who is really in charge.

Every room is a carefully constructed puzzle of walls, corridors, monsters, and traps, designed to challenge your ability to navigate the relic's power rather than fight against it. The hero who learns to think in straight lines will find the Relic of Binding an unstoppable force. The hero who doesn't will find the dungeon a very short experience.

No Two Dungeons. No Excuses.

Dungeon Dash doesn't rely on algorithms to keep things fresh. Every level is hand-crafted with the care and precision that puzzle design demands, built by human hands to challenge, surprise, and reward clever thinking. With hundreds of meticulously designed levels drawn randomly every run, no two dungeons are ever the same.

You get the creative depth of a designed puzzle and the endless variety of a roguelike. Every time.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

As a solo developer, I used every tool available to bring Dungeon Dash to life. The game design, mechanics, storyline, and level designs are entirely original, conceived long before AI tools entered the picture. The artwork combines hand drawn, stock, and AI generated assets, all of which have been further modified and animated by hand to fit the vision of the game.
