What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“WHY EARLY ACCESS?

Beach Manager Simulator is built around a management loop that depends heavily on balance, pacing and player feedback.

The core idea is simple: run a public beach, keep guests satisfied, clean the sand, stock the beach market, manage equipment and expand the business over time. However, the best version of this game needs feedback from real players: how fast the beach should get dirty, how demanding guests should be, how upgrades should feel, how much pressure the daily routine should create, and which systems are the most enjoyable to expand.

Early Access allows us to improve the game with the community while the main gameplay loop is already playable. We want player feedback to help shape balancing, progression, user interface, quality-of-life features, content variety and the overall feel of running a growing beach business.

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“APPROXIMATELY HOW LONG WILL THIS GAME BE IN EARLY ACCESS?

We currently expect Beach Manager Simulator to remain in Early Access for approximately 6 to 12 months.

This may change depending on player feedback, the amount of additional content we decide to add, and the time needed to polish the gameplay, user interface, performance, visuals, balancing and progression systems.

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“HOW IS THE FULL VERSION PLANNED TO DIFFER FROM THE EARLY ACCESS VERSION?

The full version is planned to expand the beach management experience with more content, deeper progression and additional polish.

Planned improvements may include more beach areas, more customer behaviors, additional market items, more upgrades, improved beach expansion, better balancing, more environmental details, improved animations, better user interface, more quality-of-life options and additional events that affect the daily routine.

Our goal is for the full version to feel like a more complete and polished beach management simulator, with stronger progression, more variety and a smoother overall player experience.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“WHAT IS THE CURRENT STATE OF THE EARLY ACCESS VERSION?

The Early Access version is focused on the core playable beach management experience.

Players can run a beach from a first-person perspective, clean trash, manage guest satisfaction, earn money from beach entry, place and manage beach equipment, keep the beach market stocked, search for lost valuables with a metal detector, buy upgrades and expand the beach over time.

The game is playable as a single-player management simulator, but it is still in development. Some systems may be rebalanced, expanded or visually improved during Early Access based on player feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“WILL THE GAME BE PRICED DIFFERENTLY DURING AND AFTER EARLY ACCESS?

We may increase the price when the game leaves Early Access, depending on how much additional content, polish and improvement is added.

During Early Access, we want the price to reflect the current amount of content while also rewarding early players who support the development of the game.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“HOW ARE YOU PLANNING ON INVOLVING THE COMMUNITY IN YOUR DEVELOPMENT PROCESS?

We plan to use Steam Community discussions, reviews and player feedback to improve Beach Manager Simulator during Early Access.

We are especially interested in feedback about gameplay balance, guest satisfaction, cleaning frequency, market stocking, upgrade progression, user interface, performance, accessibility options and overall game feel.

Player feedback may influence balancing changes, quality-of-life improvements, new content priorities, interface revisions and the direction of future updates.”

About This Game

Beach Manager Simulator is a first-person management game about running a busy public beach.

Your beach starts small: a stretch of sand, a few guests, limited equipment and a business that needs to survive the day. Visitors pay to enter, look for a place to relax, buy items from your beach market and leave behind trash as the beach gets crowded.

Every decision affects the flow of the day. Dirty sand lowers satisfaction. Empty shelves disappoint guests. Missing loungers cost you income. A well-kept beach brings more visitors, better earnings and new opportunities to expand.

RUN THE BEACH

Open the beach, welcome guests and keep the area under control. Place loungers and umbrellas, manage the space and make sure visitors have what they need before small problems become expensive ones.

KEEP GUESTS SATISFIED

Guest satisfaction is the heart of your business. Clean areas, available equipment and stocked shelves help your beach reputation grow. Neglect the basics and your daily income will suffer.

CLEAN THE SHORE

Trash builds up as the day goes on. Pick it up, clear dirty spots and keep the coastline presentable. A clean beach is not just cosmetic - it directly affects how guests feel about your business.

STOCK THE BEACH MARKET

Your market gives visitors a reason to spend more money. Keep products available throughout the day and react before empty shelves start hurting satisfaction.

SEARCH FOR LOST VALUABLES

Use your metal detector to search the sand for lost items. Some discoveries can be sold for extra income, helping you buy upgrades and grow faster.

EXPAND YOUR BUSINESS

Start with a small beach area and unlock larger sections over time. More space means more guests, more income, more trash and more pressure to manage everything efficiently.
