About This Game

The arena keeps folding into something new while hundreds of enemies stream at you the whole time, ensuring you don't get to relax (until you find a way to break the game).

What you fight on

- Torus: like a donut, but with more math

- Möbius strip: a rubber band that won't lay flat

- Hyperbolic disc: objects in mirror may be closer than they appear

- Helicoid: for people that really like taking the stairs

- Quantum Tunnel: a tube, but you could swear you've seen that XP drop before

- ...and more, opened over time

What you fight with

90+ weapons from rapid-fire machine guns, to charge up lasers, to orbiting drones that fire on their own accord. 6+ characters that fundamentally change the rules of the game; no stat tweaks here. Surveyor auto-shoots so you just focus on positioning. Cynosure gives you control of the aiming with the second stick. Loxodrome changes the genre entirely.

How a run goes

The gameplay is a mashup of Geometry Wars and Survivor's-Like. Bright lights, electronic music, mind-bending shapes, non-Euclidean physics and absolute hordes of enemies all combine in this fast paced arena shooter. Kill enemies, collect their XP to level up, which grants you more weapons or upgrades. Push to collect as many as you can, because there's an end boss waiting for you.

What you're looking at

Imagine 1979's Asteroids if they had more processing power to work with than a calculator. There's so much 3D in 2D trickery going on with the visuals, it will have you wondering why I didn't just make the game 3D instead.

Between runs

Each run lasts 15 minutes plus however long you take to kill the boss. Between runs you gain permanent meta progression by spending Stars on the Star Map. The further you progress, the more powerful the upgrades become, allowing you to tackle even greater challenges.

The arena hasn't moved yet. You think you understand it. You don't. (Probably.)
