The Death Deliriant is a first-person survival horror game that blends cosmic horror with realistic mechanics. You find yourself trapped in a hallucination caused by inhale a cosmic substance called The Death Deliriant, which originated in outer space and was carried by a meteorite, causing the player to experience extremely vivid hallucinations or nightmares—even injuries sustained in the dream manifest in the real world.
