Why Early Access?

“We are releasing Bunny Waifu in Early Access because we want player feedback to help shape the remaining puzzle content before the full release.

The current version includes 10 playable puzzle levels. Our plan for the full version is to expand this to 20 puzzle levels. During Early Access, we want to understand which level layouts, puzzle patterns, difficulty pacing, and hint behavior players find the most enjoyable.

This feedback will help us decide how to structure the remaining levels, how the difficulty should increase, and what kind of puzzle designs should be used more often in the full version.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Bunny Waifu to remain in Early Access for around 1 to 3 months.

This period is intended to give us enough time to collect feedback on the existing 10 puzzle levels, develop the remaining planned levels, and adjust the level order and difficulty curve before the full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version includes 10 playable puzzle levels.

For the full version, we plan to increase the game to 20 puzzle levels. The additional levels will be developed with player feedback in mind, especially feedback about level difficulty, puzzle layout variety, hint usage, and stage pacing.

The full version is expected to offer a longer puzzle progression with a clearer difficulty curve from the early stages to the later stages.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version includes 10 playable puzzle levels, stage progression, image-based puzzle gameplay, and a hint system.

The main gameplay loop is available, but the game is not yet at its planned full content scope. We are still working toward the planned 20-level full version and will use Early Access feedback to guide the remaining level design and difficulty progression.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will not change during or after Early Access.

The game will remain at the same price for the full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to involve the community through the Steam Discussions section and player feedback.

We are mainly looking for feedback on the existing 10 puzzle levels, including difficulty, level order, puzzle layout variety, hint usefulness, and pacing. This feedback will help us develop the remaining planned levels and decide how the game should progress toward the 20-level full version.”
