A quiet alpine sandbox. Draw walls, castles, paths and ponds — then watch the valley answer: bridges, mills, hay fields, night walkers, seasons, and lit windows. No scores. No fail state. Just your valley.

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Loop Industries is a passion project built by a solo developer. The core gameplay loop is fun and playable, but there are systems still being designed and balanced. Early Access lets us ship something real, get it into players' hands, and build the game together based on what the community actually enjoys. Your feedback will directly shape what gets added next.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to be in Early Access for approximately 6 to 12 months, depending on the scope of feedback and features we want to add before a full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We want to keep improving the performance and add more types of parts to create cool automations.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core factory building and automation systems are playable. The eight-phase campaign is in place and can be completed. Some company management features are partially implemented or still being built. There may be bugs and rough edges — this is an honest early build, not a finished product.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No, this is a small game, and we create to focus on our in-house game engine, so is a test game in a way, we can improve our game engine while we create a nice game.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We'll be actively reading Steam reviews and the community hub. Players can expect regular updates, dev posts explaining what's being worked on, and direct responses to feedback. If the community wants a feature and it fits the vision, we'll build it.”

About This Game

An alpine valley, and a handful of brushes

Loop Valley is a quiet sandbox for sculpting a storybook alpine bowl — meadows, cliffs, rivers and little settlements that feel lived-in. There is no economy, no combat, and nothing to “win.” You draw, plant, and shape; the valley fills in the rest.

Draw it, and it becomes architecture

  • Trace a ring and raise a castle — curtain walls, towers, gates and wall-walks that step down the hill.
  • Paint a house and the village grows its own lanes, piazzas, lamps and market carts.
  • Run a path across water and get a bridge; up a terrace and get stone stairs.
  • Close a fence on flat meadow and find hay bales waiting; close a dry-stone wall and get a kitchen yard (and a cat on the coping).
  • Put a cottage by the river and a mill wheel turns. Sow flowers by a still pond and dragonflies glitter above the water.
  • String lanterns along a path and night walkers appear after dark.

Nobody places those extras. Closing the loop — or making the right pairing — is the request.

A valley that changes with the light

Sculpt the land, pour water, plant trees, flowers and ivy. Found your own districts. Drag out forts and ruins. Turn the season dial through spring blossom, summer green, autumn gold and winter snow (with frozen ponds). Hold the day, or let dusk settle until the windows come on.

Save your valley

Your work survives a reload — save and load the valleys you care about, tuck the tools away for photo mode, and sit with the diorama whenever you like.

Loop Valley is in Early Access. The valley is playable end-to-end; we’ll keep deepening the gifts, seasons and builder tools with your feedback.
