About This Game

Bubble Mage is a game where you play as a bubble mage exploring a series of floating islands. It's up to you and the utilization of your bubble powers to solve puzzles and interact with the land's native inhabitants, elemental slimes. Explore this world of interconnected islands, solve puzzles, and experiment with new equipment as you journey through the world of Bubble Mage!

What Makes a Mage a Bubble Mage? 

You'll find your magic to be quite... well... magical! Your bubbles can be used to peacefully navigate the islands. Step on top of your bubbles and move them around, riding them around between mountains. Time it right and when you jump on them you'll go bounced up beyond your usual heights, going higher and higher with each bounce. Place your bubbles strategically and form a sort of staircase to jump your way up steep cliffs you can't walk up. If peacefully navigating isn't your way of bubbling, explore combat with the island's inhabitants. Use your bubbles to trap them or hurl them away from yourself. With the right magical enchantments on your equipment, even your small bubbles can find a use - damaging slimes on contact. Make up your own magical tactics for traversing these islands and harness your full potential as the first bubble mage these lands have seen!

Explore a Variety of Islands!

Explore flowery fields, forested woods, and towering mountains as you venture off looking for quests and puzzles to solve! Bubble Mage's world is home to a variety of different landscapes and islands, with forests of different trees, flowering bushes and fruit, and mountains and valleys for brave bubble mages to scale. Set off across these islands, exploring the terrains, and see exactly what your bubble magic is capable of! Will you make it through your explorations intact or will a poorly timed bubble pop send you plummeting to a tough fall? 

Find Hidden Quests!

Rise to face the challenges the islands present and bring order to this chaotically cute floating archipelago. Scattered across the vibrant world of Bubble Mage are unique tasks and puzzles waiting to be discovered. Some require expertise with your magic, others require the involvement of the island's slimes, and others can involve all these things and a touch of puzzling. Use your bubbles, wit, and the island's slimes to complete these tasks!

Capture Slimes!

Use your bubble magic to capture and move slimes while also drawing out their latent elemental powers. Fight and capture slimes across each of the islands. Each unique slime type has its own element and style of fighting. Plant, water, fire - explore the combinations between your bubbles and their elements and watch out for their not quite vicious but still harmful attacks.

Experiment with Customizable Equipment!

Dress for synergy, style, or both! Fashion in the wizard world is ever-changing, and bubble mages are no exception. Try out a wide spread of stat-changing equipment as you adventure your way through Bubble Mage. These cute customizables let you express yourself as a mage while also applying advantageous power-ups! Standard equipment can offer a variety of boons - from raising mana and health to increasing bubble size or decreasing cooldown. Some more special items have one-of-a-kind effects, like plant elemental-infused boots that heal you as you walk or a sinister hat that damages slimes at the cost of your own health. Find your own look as a bubble mage, looking classy or cutesy or even shabby if that's your style. Take your equipment to the test on the islands, seeing which effects work best for you and which visuals suit you the most.
