When Zhimiao woke up during class, they realized that their best friend, Louvmmy, was nowhere to be seen. They couldn't reach her on the communicator, and no one around knew where she lived.

A few days later, on a rainy night, Louvmmy's body was found in her own cellar. After laying Louvmmy to rest alongside their father, Zhishen, Zhimiao fell asleep with a heavy heart and a mind full of questions. But when they woke the next day, Louvmmy — who should have been dead — was waiting outside their house, greeting them as usual and asking them to walk to school together...
