Why Early Access?

“Koshary Chaos was built by a small team of 2 with a genuine love for Egyptian street culture. Early Access lets us release a fun, stable, content rich experience while continuing to grow it with the community. The street is alive and we want players to help shape what happens on it next.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to stay in Early Access for approximately 3 to 6 months, depending on community feedback and the scope of updates we ship during that period.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version includes the complete core experience the street, the orders, the chaos meter, all NPCs, random events, missions, and progression. For the full release, we plan to add more NPCs, more random events, additional modifiers, expanded missions, deeper unlockables, and more content shaped directly by community feedback. We also plan to add more voice lines, visual polish, and quality of life improvements throughout Early Access.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is fully playable with a complete gameplay loop. The street is populated with 20+ unique NPCs, all core systems are functional, the chaos meter and round system are in place, random events fire and escalate correctly, and the missions and progression system are active. Arabic and English localization are both complete. The game is stable with error handling built in no game-breaking crashes. This is not a prototype. It is a real, fun, finished experience that we plan to keep expanding.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features during Early Access. Players who jump in early are getting the best deal and they're helping build the game at the same time.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Directly and actively. We plan to read every Steam review, monitor community discussions, and take NPC suggestions, event ideas, and balance feedback seriously. Some of the best ideas for this game have come from the community already before it even launched. We plan to keep that relationship going throughout Early Access and beyond. The street belongs to the players as much as it does to us.”

About This Game

You just opened a koshary cart. Simple enough, right?

Wrong. This is Egypt. This is the street. And the street has other plans.

Koshary Chaos is a chaotic street management game set in the heart of Egypt. Take orders, assemble koshary, collect your money and survive everything the neighbourhood decides to throw at you. Because it will throw things. A lot of things. All at once.

The street is alive. Over 20 characters with their own logic, their own agendas, and their own ways of making your life harder or occasionally easier, if you play your cards right. Events unfold the longer you survive. The chaos escalates. Decisions matter.

Some characters can be reasoned with. Some can be avoided. Some will surprise you. And one of them — you'll know him when you meet him — cannot be stopped.

No two rounds play the same. The street is unpredictable, deeply Egyptian, and completely unhinged. But the chaos is universal.
