Sign undiscovered talent, form bands, fund recording sessions, release music across streaming and radio, book concerts, and fight for chart position while rival labels try to poach your artists. Each market feels different and distinct, with its own chart logic, contract norms, royalties, audience behavior, and regional quirks.
