What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We’ve reached a point where the core RTS loop and the multiple-kingdom setup feel solid, but balancing a strategy game is a huge task that will require some time. We want to build this alongside the players to make sure the diplomacy feels right, and the difficulty is appropriate.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The plan is to stay in Early Access for about 8-12 months. This should give us enough time to polish the rough edges and add the extra content we have planned without dragging out development.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The core gameplay won't change, but we want to make it much deeper. We’re planning to:
Expand the roster: Add more factions and unique kingdoms.
Refine the AI: Make opponents feel more reactive, personalized and less predictable.
Visual Glow-up: Make some visuals changes in terms of graphics and UI depending on user feedback.
Add Layers: Introduce smaller "micro-mechanics" that give you more tactical choices without overcomplicating the loop.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is fully playable right now. You can jump in, manage your kingdom, and deal with other factions through the diplomacy system and active warfare. The essential parts of the game are finished, so now it’s about adding some polish and extra content.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to slightly raise the price for the final release. This allows us to reward early adopters who support the game while it’s still evolving.

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We’ll be active in the Steam forums and other social media platforms to interact with players and get useful feedback. Whether it’s a specific faction being too strong or an AI behavior that needs tweaking. Player feedback will be the primary driver for our update priorities.
