WELCOME TO SPECTRE OS. It’s the early 2000s, and your computer screen is your entire world. Spectre OS gives you a fully functional, highly nostalgic retro desktop. Connect with friends on the messenger app, organize your .TXT files in Notepad, listen to your favourite tracks on the music player, and enjoy the comforting, static hum of your CRT monitor.

Everything is perfectly normal.
