The nameless rite has been completed. Forgotten gods have awakened. Ancient horrors now bleed into our world.

Survive relentless hordes of eldritch monstrosities while gathering clues, complete team based trials to uncover hidden boss lairs and confront massive eldritch horrors, before the darkness plunges you all into madness.

Search the map for clues to bring the investigation to a close and uncover the location of the hidden boss lair. Every game is a race against time as your team pieces together fragments of a case that has already reached its tragic conclusion.





Choose which doomed investigator to entwine your fate with.

Become a hardened Detective, a desperate Priest, a dangerous Cultist and more. Each character brings unique abilities, passive traits, weapons, and playstyles to the fight against the darkness.





Walk beyond the limits of sanity. Choose from dozens of occult powers, strengthen your invocations and let madness draw you closer to forces no mortal mind was meant to command.

This game is loosely based on a collection of fragmented records recovered from the Antikythera Archives.

Despite extensive research, no other trace of Madness Survivors has ever been found outside these archives.
