About This Demo

This free demo lets you play the complete opening chapter of The Fifth Bell, set in Strasbourg.

It begins with a cassette hidden inside Strasbourg Cathedral. A historian is gone, and a recorded warning remains: Don't let them ring the fifth bell.

As archival consultant Evan Marek, explore the cathedral square, narrow old streets, a café, the canal and a historian's quiet study, all richly illustrated. Talk to the people who were there, meet a few unusual locals along the way, repair old tape machines and piece together the first clues, one step at a time.

The demo is fully voiced in 11 languages and features the game's original soundtrack and rich ambient sound design.
