What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We believe in collaborative development between players and developers. Since this is a game where the main appeal is the player’s enjoyment, by understanding from the outset what makes players have fun, we’re able to create a better, more enjoyable, and more complete experience.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game will be in early access for less than a year. The groundwork has been laid, and we’ll be rolling out major updates as we work on player feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add more structures and environmental elements to bring the open world to life. We also plan to add or improve new items and objects based on player feedback. Finally, we plan to add a layer of complexity to the vehicle to make it more sophisticated.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“As the game currently stands, it can be completed 100%, and it includes basic functions such as moving around and picking up objects and items. You can also drive and carry objects that you can later sell to buy other items. You can also repair stations using simple mechanics.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price of the game will remain the same throughout the development and launch phases.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Through social media and surveys, the community can send us feedback and ideas about what they like or don’t like about how things work. We’ll then review all the feedback and see how we can incorporate it.”

About This Game

WELCOME TO THE MYCEL NETWORK RESTORATION PROGRAM

At Mycel™, we believe in tomorrow. Thanks to our revolutionary Compound M, death has shifted from a biological inconvenience to a simple pause in productivity. As a Mycel™ biological unit (or "Employee"), you enjoy the privilege of infinite regeneration. If an enemy tears you apart, do not worry: your consciousness will be transferred to a new clone ready for action and immediately dispatched via our Personnel Supply Tube. Efficiency never dies!

YOUR MISSION: THE RESTORATION OF PEACE

Regrettably, Compound M has had minor side effects on the local wildlife, turning them into... special entities. Fortunately, our engineers have discovered that these creatures are extremely sensitive to our patented radio frequencies.

  • Locate: Use your structure detector to find damaged stations in a procedural open world.

  • Repair: Bring the right tools. Compound M regenerates flesh, not radio stations.

  • Expand: Every repaired antenna is a new sanctuary of corporate calm that keeps the entities at bay.

LOGISTICS AND ASSET COLLECTION

The outside world is full of valuable scrap that the company wishes to recover. Use your assigned vehicle to transport any objects you find. Upon returning to base, our Mycel™ Shredding System will process the loot in exchange for credits. Remember: in this world, nothing goes to waste—especially you.

INVEST IN YOUR FUTURE (AND YOUR SURVIVAL)

Use the credits earned to acquire upgrade protocols through the base's pneumatic delivery system:

  • Tissue Optimization: Increase your physical resistance to last a few seconds longer during an attack.

  • Hardware Upgrades: Purchase tools that make navigation healthier.

  • Brute Force: Because a strong employee carries more scrap in less time.

COLLABORATION AND RECYCLING PROTOCOLS

It is proven that fear is better shared among four. Team synergy is mandatory; personal survival is optional. If a teammate falls in combat, Mycel™ offers two paths for resource management:

  • Standard Replacement: Request a new clone by paying the full biomass fee.

  • "Eco-Citizen" Recycling Plan: Recover the corpse of your former teammate and toss it into the Base Shredder. You will receive a 90% discount on that clone’s regeneration cost. Help the environment and the company's wallet.

MYCEL LEGAL DISCLAIMER

By starting the game, you accept that Mycel is not responsible for psychological trauma derived from seeing your own previous corpse being industrially processed, encounters with special wildlife, or the feeling of existential emptiness upon being clone number 432.

Mycel™: Don't call it death, call it inventory optimization.
