Dragonwake is an ASCII roguelike set in Valoria, the land once ruled by the old empire of Istaris before the Starfall. Your heirloom, a blackglass star amulet, draws you to the land just as the primordial dragon begins to stir.

A traditional roguelike with a long and detailed quest line, an expansive world map, and lots of replayability. Choose a race and class, then begin your road toward the Sundering Scar. Good luck.

Races: Human, Dwarf, Elf, Half-Elf, Halfling, Gnome, Half-Orc

Classes: Fighter, Ranger, Paladin, Rogue, Cleric, Druid, Wizard, and Sorcerer.

Skills: Athletics, Awareness, Lore, Arcana, Survival, Stealth, Thievery, First Aid, Presence, Appraisal.

Unique perks for every class (every 2nd level), and unique combat actions per class. 

Core roguelike systems: blessed/cursed/uncursed items, hunger, wands, potions, scrolls, eating corpses, 8-way combat, spells.

World Map: explore a large world map and delve through dungeons, towers, explore towns and more.
