Case 17: The Sealed Ward is a psychological suspense exploration game set inside a sealed hospital.

You wake up inside a sealed, abandoned hospital annex. You have no name, no memory, and no idea why you are here. This place was once used for children’s observation, treatment, and behavioral correction. It has long been deserted, but some of its systems are still following the old rules.

Explore dim hospital wards, corridors, and archive rooms. Search through torn medical records, unlock sealed files, and piece together what really happened inside the facility. When escape is no longer possible, you must survive tense turn-based encounters against distorted figures still bound to the hospital’s old system.

A mysterious girl keeps appearing at the edge of your vision. She may be guiding you out — or leading you toward a past you were never meant to remember.

Move through abandoned corridors, children’s wards, archive rooms, and sealed medical areas. Search carefully for clues, then decide when to move forward, avoid danger, or face what stands in your way.

Tense Turn-Based Encounters

When avoidance is no longer possible, face distorted figures such as the “IV Stand Patient” and the “Ward Rounds Director” in turn-based encounters. Use cards to defend yourself, manage pressure, and find the right moment to strike back while balancing Self and Breakdown.

Fragmented Records and Hidden Truths

Collect keycards, torn reports, and altered medical files. Unlock deeper areas of the hospital and reconstruct the truth from scattered fragments.

Clinical Audit and Behavioral Profiling

Every search, escape, and counterattack is secretly recorded and compiled into a “Clinical Audit Report.” The system observes your behavior, analyzes your choices, and tracks how much you have begun to remember. You are not only exploring the facility — the facility is also studying you as a subject under continuous psychological evaluation.
