What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Turno Nocturno combines exploration, corporate jobs, survival mechanics, multiple companies, desolate planets, creatures with distinct behaviors, and a narrative centered on uncovering a forgotten humanity. Early Access will allow us to develop and balance these systems using real player feedback, especially regarding difficulty, progression, objective clarity, economy, mission variety, and the pacing of each shift.

We also want the community to take part in the game’s evolution without compromising its core identity or revealing its central mysteries too early.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently estimate that Turno Nocturno will remain in Early Access for approximately 12 to 24 months.

This timeframe may change depending on the final scope of the content, technical stability, system balance, and community feedback. We do not want to commit to a final release date until the complete version delivers a stable, polished, and coherent experience.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will retain the same core identity, atmosphere, and gameplay structure as the Early Access version, while offering significantly more content and more developed systems.

We plan to gradually expand:

-The number of corporations and available job types.
-The planets, facilities, and environments that can be explored.
-The variety of creatures, hazards, and events.
-Progression, economy, and equipment customization.
-Documents, objects, and discoveries related to ancient humanity.
-Corporate storytelling, propaganda, and the mysteries of the universe.
-Optimization, accessibility, user interface, and overall stability.

Some features may change during development based on testing and community feedback, but the main vision of the game will remain intact.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version will provide a playable experience focused on the main Turno Nocturno gameplay loop: accepting jobs, preparing equipment, traveling to dangerous environments, completing objectives, recovering resources, and returning alive.

The initial version will include a limited selection of corporations, jobs, environments, creatures, equipment, and narrative content. The main systems will be available, although some elements will still be under development, adjustment, or expansion.

During Early Access, players may encounter bugs, balance issues, interface changes, and unfinished content. Our goal will be to continuously improve stability, performance, variety, and depth.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to offer Turno Nocturno at a reduced price during Early Access.

The price may increase gradually as major content, systems, environments, and improvements are added, and it may also change when the game reaches its full release. Any price adjustment will be announced in advance through the Steam community.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will use the Steam community to collect feedback, bug reports, suggestions, and opinions about difficulty, balance, mission clarity, job variety, and the overall experience.

We also plan to share development updates, patch notes, surveys, and previews of upcoming features. Feedback will be evaluated based on its compatibility with the game’s vision, its impact on the player experience, and its technical feasibility.

The community will help us improve Turno Nocturno, while the central narrative direction and major mysteries will remain guided by a defined creative vision.”

About This Game

Humanity forgot what it once was. The corporations made sure it stayed that way.

Thousands of years in the future, humanity has abandoned Earth and spread across space. Colonies, stations, and settlements survive on distant worlds under the authority of corporations that control employment, information, and much of everyday life.

In Turno Nocturno, you are a contracted worker assigned to dangerous jobs across desolate planets, abandoned facilities, and territories that should no longer be inhabited.

Each corporation offers a different kind of work: resource recovery, exploration, research, maintenance, transportation, and other operations presented as necessary, safe, and honorable. Yet behind their optimistic advertisements, productivity messages, and reassuring propaganda, every company appears to be hiding something.

During each shift, you must complete assignments, manage limited resources, transport valuable objects, and survive creatures with unfamiliar anatomies, senses, and behaviors. Some hunt. Some observe. Others seem to recognize symbols and places that modern humanity can no longer understand.

Explore abandoned worlds

Every planet has its own hazards, environmental conditions, ruins, and creatures. Proper equipment, careful preparation, and the ability to read your surroundings may determine whether you finish the job or become another corporate report.

Work for different corporations

Each company has its own objectives, protocols, facilities, rewards, and secrets. Their posters promise safety. Their broadcasts insist that everything is under control. Their contracts make it clear that every loss is the worker’s responsibility.

Uncover ancient humanity

Among ruins, objects, structures, and records, you will find the remains of a lost civilization.

Our civilization.

Humanity no longer remembers its true origin. Churches, statues, scriptures, crosses, and references to a Father, a King, a Judge, or an all-seeing Being are studied as evidence of a forgotten entity, an impossible ruler, or a higher intelligence.

The game will never fully confirm what those references meant or whether that Being was only a belief.

Survive, work, and do not ask too many questions

Recover resources, investigate creatures, improve your equipment, and discover why so many corporations are determined to bury the past.

Every job may bring you closer to the truth.

It may also turn you into a problem.

Your safety is our priority. Your replacement has already been approved.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Artificial Intelligence was used as a supportive tool during the early stages of development, primarily for idea generation, documentation structuring, and general content review.

AI was also used to create certain placeholder images during the conceptual phase. These assets are temporary and will be replaced, as they are not intended to be part of the final version of the game.

All final game content, including design, gameplay systems, mechanics, artwork, and programming, has been manually created, implemented, and validated by the developer, along with licensed assets from the Unity Asset Store and contributions from freelancers (all properly credited).
