“The Early Access version focuses on delivering the core gameplay loop: team-based bluffing, hand movement mechanics, QTE interactions, and the clue system.

For the full version, we plan to expand the game in several areas:

Additional maps and environments with stronger thematic identity

More character variety with unique abilities and visual identity

Expanded card and ability systems to deepen strategic options

Improved UI/UX clarity and onboarding, including tutorials and guided play

Narrative content through character story progression

Enhanced animation, audio feedback, and overall polish

Our goal is to evolve Bluff or Bust from a solid competitive prototype into a fully realized multiplayer experience with strong identity and replayability.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is currently in an early playable state with the core systems implemented:

Turn-based team multiplayer structure

Basic bluffing and deduction gameplay loop

Hand movement mechanics and QTE interactions

Initial version of the clue and confidence system

Prototype UI and game flow

Players can complete full matches, but the experience is still being refined. Current development is focused on improving clarity, reducing confusion, balancing mechanics, and enhancing feedback systems to make player actions more understandable and meaningful.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to actively involve the community throughout development by gathering feedback from playtests, surveys, and direct player discussions.

Players will help us refine core mechanics such as bluffing clarity, QTE interactions, and the clue system. We will monitor feedback from gameplay sessions, analyze player behavior, and iterate on systems based on real user experience.

We also plan to share development updates, showcase changes, and test new features with the community before they are finalized. Our goal is to build Bluff or Bust collaboratively with players, ensuring the final experience is both competitive and intuitive.
