The Voss Clinic is a first-person psychological horror game set in an abandoned psychiatric institution in 1986. There are no monsters. No combat. No jump scares designed to make you flinch, only the slow realization of what happened here, and what was done to you.

Explore the clinic floor by floor. Read what was left behind. Piece together the truth through documents, patient files, and the drawings of a man who spent years trying to hold onto his mind.
