You are an art student studying in Suzhou, pushed forward by the mounting pressure of graduation and the search for a job.

Between quiet canals, classical gardens, and misty rain, you step into Sushu’s studio. In this gentle old city, you begin to uncover the feelings she hides behind her smile—and find the courage to keep moving forward.

Later, you return to your hometown to serve as a groomsman at a classmate’s wedding. There, you reunite with Lin Feier, an old classmate from your school days. Long-buried feelings and missed opportunities begin to resurface.

The game’s art direction is based on the real streets and scenery of Suzhou. To accurately capture the city’s unique canals, gardens, neighborhoods, and everyday atmosphere, we conducted extensive field research, location visits, and reference gathering.

The game features more than 100 high-quality CG illustrations, with both quantity and production quality aiming to place the game among the leading titles in its genre.

Every CG has been carefully refined over a long period of time. They are designed not only to look beautiful, but also to advance the story, shape the characters’ memories, and strengthen the emotional impact of each scene.

The game uses fully animated Live2D character portraits, with highly detailed facial models.

Rather than relying on the commonly used approach of simply switching between static expression images, each character’s expressions has been individually adjusted by hand. Their smiles, hesitation, sadness, embarrassment, and other subtle emotional changes are designed to feel as natural as possible, giving the performances greater life and emotional depth.

The character portraits are also created in 4K resolution, combining high-precision modeling with dynamic animation to provide a sharper, more expressive visual experience.

All major characters feature professional voice acting, performed by experienced voice actors. Their performances aim to convey the characters’ emotions and changing relationships with greater subtlety and realism.

The soundtrack is composed by the professional music studio eigenTunes, also known as 亦听. Traditional Chinese instruments are blended with Western instrumentation to enhance the emotional atmosphere of each scene and reflect Suzhou’s gentle, graceful, and deeply romantic character.

Through the combined work of the voice acting, music, and environmental sound design, we hope to create an immersive auditory experience worthy of the highest standards of Chinese visual novels.
