Why Early Access?

“Rejected Draft is already fully playable, with roughly 500 hours of polished progression. Early Access will give us time to refine very late-game balance, improve translations, and complete Steam achievement support. Steam initially limits new games to 100 achievements until they qualify for expanded Profile Features; because Rejected Draft has more than 100 achievements and achievements are core to its progression, the remaining achievements will be added once that limit is lifted. ”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Rejected Draft to remain in Early Access for approximately 2–3 months, depending on player feedback and the amount of additional balancing and polish required.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan for the full version to include further refinement of very late-game balance, completed and improved translations, additional bug fixes, and general UI and quality-of-life polish based on community feedback.

The core gameplay systems and the substantial majority of the game’s content will already be available at the beginning of Early Access.”

“Rejected Draft already has an active Discord community of more than 6,000 members who regularly provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, and balancing ideas.

We are also working closely with a dedicated group of closed-beta testers to verify new mechanics and progression systems. Throughout Early Access, we plan to continue gathering feedback through Discord and the Steam Community Hub and use it to guide balancing, bug fixes, accessibility improvements, and general polish.”

Beneath the simple graphite exterior lies an endlessly deep, mathematically massive incremental battler that hides a staggering engine of strategic choices.

MASSIVE PROGRESSION & SKILL TREES

Grind your way through endless waves of rival sketches, absorbing their power as you climb. Gather a wealth of varied currencies to purchase tools and level up over 50 unique battle stats, each drastically altering your combat capabilities. When you push as far as you can go, prestige your run to earn specialized currency and invest it into thousands of intertwined skill tree levels. Whether you are actively managing your builds or fueling idle progression while you're away, there is always a new threshold to break.

A JOURNEY UNIQUELY YOURS

Progression in Rejected Draft is fully randomized. Between your guaranteed core sketches and randomly rolled higher rarity ones, the potential loadout combinations are practically infinite. No optimal path exists until you forge yours. If everyone on Earth played a billion distinct playthroughs a second since the dawn of the universe, humanity still wouldn't scratch the surface of all possible paths. Every prestige shapes an entirely new journey.
