This is a 2D top-down pixel adventure puzzle game. You will take on the roles of the sick little girl Winnia and the sanatorium doctor Kai,experiencing life in the sanatorium from two drastically different perspectives.

A sick little girl named Winnia.

Since she can remember, she has been trapped in a room within an ancient castle, constantly watched by a witch.

Determined to escape, the young girl sets out to find a treasure known as the "Star."

She must move obstacles to clear a path, evade the witch’s surveillance, and may also face attacks from other wardens.

Gradually, her world begins to crumble—obstacles become immovable, hiding spots are inexplicably seen through, and her dodges grow sluggish.

Yet, the Star remains there, even as the path leading to it collapses.

A cold and detached doctor named Kai.

Time has transformed her from an enthusiastic and diligent intern into a mature, reliable, yet unapproachable physician.

She is responsible for diagnosing patients who are "misunderstood."

Her daily work involves examining and treating patients, finding clues, synthesizing information, and using reasoning to diagnose difficult cases.

She simultaneously confronts medical uncertainty, piecing together the mental stories behind each patient's suffering from their disease.

During the diagnostic process, some individuals are unwilling to cooperate with her work; you may choose to obtain information through improper means, revealing unknown sides to their stories.

Of course, after diagnosis, patients receiving treatment require a period of observation to determine their physical condition.
