Dictatorship Simulator is a roguelike deckbuilder where you manipulate a political simulation in order to bring down the government and become dictator. Play you cards to change how the system works: invert the direction of influence, spread effects across the system or just grind everything to a standstill.

Every part of the political system interacts with others. Play cards to change how this interaction works. Don't like how the media reports on the economy? Build a perception deck and play a blackmail so they change their tune.

Choose your approach

Craft your deck to fit your playstyle - do you prefer to change reality? Or would you rather manipulate peoples feelings about it?

After all, who cares what the crime rate is? What matters is what it feels like.

Unlock your potential

Random event choices, bosses and chapter progression unlock cards, giving you more extreme tools to become dictator next time.

From the fringe to absolute leader

Build your deck from just a couple basic cards to contain troll farms, blackmail, and even coups. Slowly erode democracy over multiple chapters until there is nothing left - but you.

Gather your followers

You will need some of them - at least until you reach the top. Random Events allow you to gain followers which give you persistent bonuses that further enhance your deck.
