About This Content

Chapter IV — Mursa

Rod of Asclepius – Chapter IV brings the campaign to Mursa, a major Roman stronghold where soldiers, civilians, trade, and the wounds of war meet along the river.

This DLC adds a larger story chapter with a new urban frontier setting to explore, including key military and civic spaces tied to the life of the city. Investigate the aftermath of conflict, meet new characters, take on new chapter objectives, and continue your role as a physician through diagnosis, treatment, and difficult decisions.

Mursa expands the scale of the journey with a stronger focus on city life, military presence, and the human cost of the empire’s crisis.

Included in this chapter:

  • A new story chapter set in Mursa

  • A new explorable Roman frontier city environment

  • New quests, dialogue scenes, and NPC interactions

  • New medical cases and treatment gameplay

  • Continued character progression and campaign story
