The election is coming. Let's make candidates answer to their own words!

"In the Hot Seat" is an interactive talk show with 3 candidates to the presidency:

• Claris Niamara from the National Party, who blames immigrants and minorities for many of the country's problems.

• Alberto Carnella from the People's Party, who pits the working class against the capitalists, and blames law enforcement for serving private interests rather than the greater good.

• The incumbent president Orvin Ruyis from the Center Union, who strives to find middle ground and govern through compromise, but ends up alienating people from both sides.

You will let each question and answer unfold, and then review the guest's statements. See what issue you can take with their stance:

• Do some of their statements contradict each other? Point them out!

• Do they contradict something they said earlier? Review the interview history!

• Are they lying or saying something that isn't true? Look it up in the encyclopedia!

• Is there a logical fallacy in their argument? Point it out!

"In the Hot Seat" takes place in a fictional world where political stances are wilder than in our world. It tackles serious matters with light-hearted comedy - and without an agenda. You can either make the effort it takes to solve all the puzzles by yourself, or help yourself with hints and reveals.
