Every run is a climb: level your hero, assemble your kit, and grow from fragile to unstoppable in ten relentless minutes. Then you bank what you earned, come back stronger, and push into harder difficulties. The depth isn't handed to you. You build toward it.

BREAK THE META

15+ heroes, each with a unique 12-skill kit — pick 4 per run. Stack stat cards mid-fight. Forge gear from monster drops. Spend gold between runs on permanent upgrades. No two builds play the same, and the wildest ones aren't unlocked at level 1 — they're earned.

10 MINUTES TO GLORY

The clock is ticking. You have ten minutes to level your hero, survive a relentlessly scaling horde, and take down the boss. Loot gold, bank permanent upgrades, and prepare for the next drop. Win or die, you walk away stronger — then you do it again, deeper.

YOUR BUILD, IN REAL TIME

In-match cards let you reshape your hero mid-fight. More health? Higher crit? Longer dodge? Your build evolves live based on the cards you play and the stats you prioritize in the pause menu. Level a hero to 100 and earn the GOLD CHARACTER ICON TRIM.

Developing Aevalore solo meant tackling a massive project on my own. To manage the 500+ sprite sheets required, I used generative AI for the artwork (most hand polished for finish) and 90% of the music. Some of the music was made by a friend and me. This allowed me to pour all my energy into coding the 81-ability system, 12+ unique characters and crafting the world. These tools didn't replace my vision; they made it possible for a solo dev to build it.
