Why Early Access?

“BIT-HOLE: Neon Incremental is my very first game, and I want to take the time to get it right.
I’m using Early Access to build this with you. I love collaborating, so I want your honest feedback on what works, what needs a rework, and what features to add next. This game isn't just for me it's for the community we're building together.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I plan to have the full release ready by December 2026. This gives me enough time to polish the mechanics, fix bugs, and properly implement the community's feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The current version is the core foundation the "bare bones" of the game. For the full release, I plan to build heavily on top of it by adding:

New content: Fresh features, mechanics, and powerful new abilities.

Visual overhaul: A complete rework of the entire GUI (interface) for a cleaner, better look.

Polished gameplay: Tuning and balancing based directly on player feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is fully playable and the core mechanics work smoothly, but it is currently low on content. Think of it as a solid, functional foundation that is ready for all the features, upgrades, and interface overhauls planned for the future.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No. The base game will be free forever.
However, I plan to release an optional "Supporter DLC" down the road. This will be completely unnecessary to play the game, but it will give players a way to fund development and support the project if they want to.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“100% community-driven. I will be listening to every piece of feedback I get to shape the future of the game. I plan to use Steam forums and Discord so players can directly suggest new features, report bugs, and vote on what I should rework next.”
