About This Game

Starfish ROOM: WELCOME TO LOOP ETERNAL is an action roguelite featuring top-down combat, monster hordes, colorful pixel art and absurd humor. Play as Kibo Wave, a cat-sapien fighting to protect the ROOMS from monsters and aliens in a world colonized by materialistic, conservative invaders.

COMBAT

Enter a ROOM, move in four directions and fight enemies with Kibo's smooth golden Twinblade, dash and dynamite. You can also throw or kick alien balls into groups of enemies. Each monster defeated grants Core, the resource needed to progress.

CORE & POWER CARDS

At 25 Core in a ROOM or the Starfish Arena, two random power cards appear for you to choose from. The documented cards include Infinite Life, Thunder, Add Timer, Meteor Ball, Delete Game, Troll Letter, GURU Ilusion and Medicine Killer.

ROOMS & STARFISH ARENA

After completing a ROOM objective, Kibo moves on to the Starfish Arena to face an alien opponent. Encounters lead through themed environments: an igloo with penguin monsters, a Japanese temple with ghosts, a pyramid with Pharaoh snake monsters, a Pennsylvania-inspired castle with robotic knights, a caramel-themed ROOM with caramel dogs, and a data center with laser-shooting minifigures.

THE ETERNAL LOOP

Every 1,000 Core collected completes an Eternal Loop and returns Kibo to the starting ROOM. After two Eternal Loops, he faces Boki, an enemy from the future who intends to end Kibo's persistence and stop his mission. After their confrontation, the cycle continues with Kikna Starlight, who takes up the mission of fighting monsters and aliens.

ABSURD HUMOR

The world mixes science fiction, frantic combat, eccentric characters and internet humor. Troll Letter is a fourth-wall gag that brings the creator, SketBR, into an unexpected appearance.
