Glider Sim Terms of Service
1. User Responsibility
Users of Glider Sim are solely responsible for their decisions and actions. Glider Sim is a simulation tool designed to provide an experience of paragliding and hang gliding but cannot determine the suitability of any real-world paragliding or hang gliding conditions. Only an experienced and properly trained pilot can make such decisions. Glider Sim is designed to help you enhance your simulation experience; however, a properly trained pilot must make the final decision to fly or not to fly in real life!
2. Accuracy and Information Disclaimer
Glider Sim does not guarantee the accuracy or correctness of the information and simulated data presented within the app/game. The simulated maps, weather conditions, and other data are provided for virtual experience purposes only. Any conclusions drawn from information in Glider Sim are the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Glider Sim, its developers, partners, or representatives be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, fatalities, injuries, accidents, or losses arising in connection with the use of Glider Sim or any linked website or services.
