Why Early Access?

“The core gameplay systems are complete, and each level currently included is fully playable. Early Access allows me to gather player feedback, identify bugs, and improve overall quality of life while continuing development.

I am also still expanding the game’s content, and player input will help shape the final experience as I complete the remaining levels.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I expect the game to remain in Early Access for a relatively short period, as the core gameplay is already complete. The remaining development primarily involves adding content and refining the experience based on player feedback.

The exact duration may change depending on feedback and any improvements identified during Early Access. If no major changes are required, it should only take a month or two.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to include a complete set of 32 levels, compared to the 16 currently available in Early Access.

While the core gameplay is already implemented, I may refine mechanics, balance, and overall game flow based on player feedback. My goal is to deliver a more polished and content-complete experience in the full release.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version includes the full core gameplay experience and a set of 16 playable levels.

While the game is stable and fully playable, I am continuing to test and improve it. Additional polish, bug fixes, and content will be added throughout Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price is planned to remain the same during and after Early Access. I may run promotions in the future, but there are currently no plans to change the base price.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I will have a discord server where people can join and talk about the game. They can comment on things they want changed, talk about bugs they find, or just have conversations about the game itself.”

About This Game

They are coming.

An endless wave of machines is advancing, and your base is the last line of defense. In Built the End, you must construct and adapt your defenses to survive increasingly dangerous robotic assaults in this fast-evolving take on the tower defense genre.

Build and position a wide range of towers, each designed for a specific role. Some deliver heavy damage, others slow or disrupt enemies, and some are built to counter particular machine types. Success depends on how well you combine and position your defenses as new threats emerge.

Gather resources from the environment to expand and reinforce your base, making constant decisions about when to invest in new towers, upgrade existing ones, or prepare for the next wave.

Enemy waves grow more complex over time, introducing new behaviors and attack patterns that force you to adapt. Swarms, heavily armored units, and specialized attackers will challenge even the strongest defenses. No single setup will hold forever.

Push your defenses further each run, refine your approach, and experiment with different tower combinations to see how long you can last.

Every wave is a test. Every choice matters. How long can you hold the line?
