Varför Early Access?

“The game has it's core and an end game built with room for expansion, but I would like to get as much feedback as possible from people who love the spreadsheet simulators as much as I do.”

“Price will gradually rise as I ship new content.”

“Community feedback will be a major part of development throughout Early Access. I plan to stay active with players through the Steam forums, community posts, and Discord, where players can share feedback, report bugs, suggest features, and discuss balance. Because this is a management sim, player input will be especially valuable for tuning progression, difficulty, AI behavior, quality-of-life systems, and long-term replayability.

As development continues, I plan to share regular updates, patch notes, and previews of upcoming features so the community can see what is being worked on and help shape priorities. I also want to use polls, discussion threads, and direct player feedback to guide decisions on new systems, content additions, and improvements to the overall experience. The goal is to build the game with the community, not just for them.”

Mythic Manager is a guild management simulator where you recruit, train, and lead a roster of MMORPG players through dungeons, raids, and PvP tournaments.

Build Your Roster
Scout and sign promising players from the recruiting pool. Every member has unique stats, personality traits, and potential — some are diamonds in the rough, others are all hype. Managing your roster means tough decisions about who to develop, who to bench, and who to cut.

Watch Them Fight
Your guild runs auto-battled dungeons and raids with real mechanics — tank swaps, AoE dodges, interrupts, and burst phases. You don't control the combat directly, but your decisions on team composition, gear, talents, and training determine whether your team wipes or clears.

Manage Everything Else
Balance your gold, assign professions, craft gear, manage morale, and navigate the social dynamics between your members. Rivalries form, mentorships develop, and personalities clash — just like a real guild.

Compete for Glory
Progress from a scrappy startup guild through dungeons, heroics, mythic raids, and PvP arena seasons. Earn prestige, unlock milestones, and prove your guild is the best on the server.
