STAATIO is a real-time strategy game about taking ground and holding it. Drag from your territory to send troops, capture regions to grow your army, and outlast everyone else.

How to Play

• Drag from a region you own to send troops

• Capture neutral and enemy territory by overwhelming its defenders

• Hold more ground to generate troops faster

• Form alliances — and break them when it suits you

Four Modes

• Classic — last player standing

• King of the Hill — hold the crown region

• Domination — hold the most territory and keep it

• Rush — triple generation, faster troops, pure aggression

Change the Rules

• Frontlines — troops may only reach a bordering region. The map stops being decoration: chokepoints, defensible borders, territory that has a shape worth holding.

• Special fields — fortresses that halve incoming troops, factories that outgrow everything around them, portal pairs that link two ends of the map.

• Revolts — eliminated players come back by seizing the biggest idle garrison on the board. Sitting on your troops is no longer safe.

Your Server, Your Rules

There is no official Staatio server. There is no master server list, no matchmaking service, and no account system. Every game runs on a machine a player owns.

• Host from the app — the desktop client includes a full server. Start a game, invite friends through Steam, done. No port forwarding, no accounts.

• LAN parties work offline — games on the network find each other. No internet, no login, no problem.
