What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“FTS already has a playable core built around top-down tank combat, run-based progression, skill drafting, crew-based builds, and frontline breakthrough gameplay.

We are using Early Access to improve balance, pacing, build variety, progression clarity, controls, and overall polish through real player feedback while continuing to expand the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect FTS to remain in Early Access for roughly 9 to 12 months, with our current target being to leave Early Access around March 2027.

This is our best current estimate, not a fixed promise, and the timeline may change as development continues.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to expand FTS beyond the current Early Access build with more content variety, more build depth, deeper progression, additional quality-of-life improvements, and a higher overall level of polish.

We also plan to continue improving balance, pacing, controls, and overall clarity throughout Early Access. The exact scope may change during development, but the goal is a larger, more refined, and more complete version of the current game.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version includes one main campaign run set on the German frontline, covering Frontlines 1 through 5, plus an Endless Mode.

It currently features 50 skills, 10 total crew members, and a run structure where exactly 4 crew members are selected per run. Players begin with 4 available crew members and can unlock 6 additional crew members over time.

The game also includes tank upgrades, run-based progression, ranking systems, and support for seven interface languages: English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, and German.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We currently plan for the full version to be priced higher than the Early Access version as more content and polish are added.

Our goal is for Early Access players to get in earlier at a lower price while helping shape the game during development.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback will play an important role during Early Access.

We plan to use Steam Discussions, announcements, patch notes, and direct player feedback to improve balance, build variety, progression clarity, difficulty pacing, controls, and quality-of-life.”

About This Game

Take one tank, assemble a four-crew roster, and fight your way through a collapsing frontline.

FTS: Frontline Tank Survivor is a run-based tank survival action game where your build is defined by the crew you bring, the upgrades you draft, and the support you call in under pressure.

BUILD YOUR CREW

Each run starts with your roster. The specialists you choose shape your active skill pool and push your tank toward speed, firepower, survivability, battlefield control, supply efficiency, or support-heavy play.

DRAFT YOUR RUN

Level up, choose new cards, and turn battlefield drops into meaningful decisions. Supply rewards feed into a three-choice system that lets you steer each run toward brute force, sustain, economy, or utility.

CALL IN SUPPORT

Break enemy pressure with mortar strikes, air support, allied infantry, allied vehicles, and captured Goliaths. A well-timed support call can save a run or open a path through a packed frontline.

PUSH THROUGH THE FRONT

Fight through five frontline sectors in a single run. Adapt to pressure, manage positioning, and keep your tank alive long enough to turn a shaky start into a fully online war machine.

GROW BETWEEN RUNS

Every sortie feeds your long-term progression. Earn credits, improve your tank, develop your crew, unlock stronger options, and come back with a better plan for the next run.
