Welcome back, Keepers. 

Burn away the fog to build a dungeon fit for all manner of the undead. Bait the corrupted humans and their unwitting creations into clever traps and your waiting minions. Harvest their remains or relieve them of their broken mental state through emprisoning and treatment. Create a sprawling dungeon like colony to tend to your creatures needs, and watch as they research, fight, and devour biblically accurate chickens.

Burn the fog - the map must first be carved out by your summoned shades. This clears space to build rooms, place traps, and summon minions.

Conjure rooms - each minion has their own needs and desires. Build the rooms that they will want, and the dungeon heart will bring them forth to do your bidding.

Minion automation - you have no direct control over your creatures. Though smarter than a biblically accurate chicken, these undead mostly take suggestions to follow. Mark a target, give them tasks, and they will get it done - in their own time.

Cast spells and place traps - the direct intervention of the hand. Heal your minions, doom your foes, and place cunning taps to slow the ingress of the corrupted knocking at your doors. 

Ultimately, heal the minds and actions of the land you have been tasked. Imprison your enemies and cure their bodies. Burn away not the miasmic fog, and the taint of corruption on the hearts within.(No AI will ever be used in this project. Previous mention of AI was meant that that computer controls the minions, updated to reflect that it is not AI in the new colloquial, but how you would refer to NPC computer controlled).
