GRAB YOUR BALLS AND GET READY TO BUST!

Ball Buster Breakout is a hyper-kinetic incremental Idle game based on the arcade classic "Breakout" and wrapped in a raw punk zine aesthetic.

AIM! FIRE! OBLITERATE! 

Purchase balls to load your cannon. Aim and fire into a grid of bricks. Every brick you destroy earns gold. Gold buys crazy upgrades and new ball that trigger chaotic effects. Each completed wave pushes you deeper into harder territory, including boss encounters that try to prevent you from busting.

AN ARSENAL OF 15+ UNIQUE BALLS

• Bombs, shotguns, lasers, replicators, demons, nukes, quakes and katanas OH MY!
  Your cannon is only as powerful as what you load into it. Purchase and upgrade a wide variety of specialty balls, each with its own passive ability.

Each ball type has its own dedicated upgrade tree. Increase blast radius, bullet spread, damage, speed, and special effects. Mix and match your active balls to build a loadout that suits your style.

An original Glitch Bass music soundtrack built around clicks, cracks, and collisions composed by Bobi Meijer and Lucas Schwyter.

STACKABLE POWER-UPS

Destroy special treasure bricks to unlock a rarity-tiered power-up system (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary). When a treasure chest drops, choose between randomized cards to permanently or temporarily boost your run:

• Summon special overpowered balls, Unlock special gold-per-click bonuses...and dozens more effects across five rarity tiers

• Power-ups are stored in a deck and stackable to create overpowered combinations

Every run builds differently based on which power-ups you roll.

WAVES, LEVELS AND BOSS FIGHTS

Work through hand-designed waves of bricks, each cleared wave pushing you to the next level. Special brick types keep things unpredictable:

• Gold Bricks: shatter them for bonus gold drops

• Bomb Bricks: chain-react and clear their neighbors

• Deposit Bricks: award gold bonuses on destruction

• AND MORE...

At milestone levels, Boss Fights interrupt the normal flow. Bosses scale in health and put your entire loadout to the test. Defeat them for major rewards and unlock the next chapter of progression.

OFFLINE PROGRESS

Ball Buster Breakout is built for the long game. Runs in the background so your balls keep bouncing even when the window is minimized. Your gold, upgrades, and progress are saved automatically via Steam Cloud.

Unlock many achievements that reward every playstyle 

PRESTIGE SYSTEM

Reset your run for permanent meta-progression and unlock Ultimate Buffs: powerful passive bonuses that carry over across every future run, making each prestige cycle meaningfully stronger than the last.
