The visual novel 『小城茉莉』 is a yuri-themed role-playing game.

Players will experience a tangled, hazy summer from the perspective of Zhu Yutong, guiding the story toward different endings through clicking choices.

This is a story about "making wishes." We've all dreamed of going back to change our past, as if smoothing over old scars could prevent future nightmares.

It's also a story about "forgetting"—a child about to leave their hometown, a ticket to somewhere far away, a city slowly becoming unfamiliar. As old scenes fade, memories turn into yellowed photographs.

After her sophomore year ends, Zhu Yutong, ranked near the top of her regular class, unexpectedly receives a notice for "Summer Session" remedial classes—an opportunity for outstanding students to stay in the honors class. For her, about to enter her senior year, the honors class means better teaching resources and class environment. Bringing her this "good news" is Qiu Xiaoyi, the person she's always admired.

Qiu Xiaoyi unexpectedly enters Zhu Yutong's life, and one thing leads to another. The introverted Zhu Yutong ends up living together with Qiu Xiaoyi.
