Based on your crew evaluations, it's clear that the crew cannot function without you. Their actions and inactions speak the loudest and regardless of the choices you choose it's clear the crew couldn't have made it without you.

It's important to make sure the crew knows where they stand and how they can improve. Hooman keeps track and regularly updates his Codex to keep the crew performing at peak efficiency.

Make Your Choices

Choices determine the fate of the crew. If they die, well that's their fault for being in the situations you tried to steer them away from. But when presented a choice, you know the right thing to do.
