“I estimate the game will be in Early Access for roughly 10 - 12 months, though I do not have an exact release date. The potential for new mechanics is huge, so I will be watching closely to see how much the game engages you. The main goal is to release a complete and high-quality product, so I won't rush the 1.0 release until I feel the game is fully ready.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I plan to significantly expand the arsenal of mechanics to make the simulation of a project manager's work even deeper, more realistic, and more fun. My goal is to develop the game both in the direction of workflow simulation and global management.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core loop (early game) and all basic project management mechanics are already implemented. At the moment, the version offers a stable and engaging experience that provides about 4+ hours of solid gameplay.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the price will increase as new content and major features are added, and as we get closer to the full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Exactly the same way I did during the early playtests. I carefully read all discussions on Steam and social media, try to reply to every message, and gather your ideas. If players' suggestions fit the spirit and vision of the project, I gladly integrate them into the development roadmap.”
