With each wave overcome, the pressure increases. It's not just about killing aliens, it's about withstanding the advance of increasingly lethal hordes. The difficulty scales as you progress, forcing you to test your limits every second. So pay attention! Because the rules of the environment and the strength of the enemies will change, and you need to be ready for what comes next.
