Time is EVERYTHING

Timeless is a top-down shooter roguelite where time is EVERYTHING. You've spent your whole life chasing strength; you now stand above all, and you can bend time to your will. But along your journeys, so much time has passed that everyone you love has been lost to it. Now you have a chance to go back.

Your clock IS your life

That bar across the bottom isn't counting down to a game over, it IS your life. Take a hit, lose seconds. Kill something, buy them back. Playing it safe is a way to die!

Follow the stars to her

Between rooms you pick your path across a star chart. Crossed swords are fights, books are lore, the coin pouch is a shop, and way up at the top of the map, drawn in silhouette long before you get anywhere near her, is the boss. You spend the entire floor watching her get closer.

The black hole is hungry

Every power you find is an Orb, and your Orbs circle a black hole that is never full. Clear a fight and it will swallow one of them! Step into a Sacrifice room and you can feed it on purpose (be brave enough and it might hand you something mythic... or something evil). Stack your Orbs, find deadly synergies, and build a run nobody else has seen!

The Time Tree

Every run you earn Astral Relics: Magnetism, Oracle, Parasite, Gambler, Cascade, Reaper, Void and Mirror. Each one carries an elemental affinity of Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Chaos or Void. Place them into the slots of whatever constellation is burning in the sky, and fill every slot to wake its own blessing on top of the relics. But the sky MOVES! The constellations rotate every few runs, so you have to plan around whatever is in the sky right now.

Face the gods of time

Via Lactea, Goddess of the Galaxy, opens by making a deal: [i]"Hush, little spark. I make a deal — your time slows. Your end is mine."[/i] Her fight walks through eight planet phases, Mercury to Neptune, each with its own hazard, and finishes inside a black hole. After her waits the TimeReaper, and after him, the Chronarch. Good luck!

Every secret has a story

Every enemy, mini-boss and boss hides a locked Codex entry until you meet it face to face. Beat the final boss and you can finally go home to your family... or let greed win again and keep looping forever in Endless mode. I won't spoil too much!
