About This Game

Hearth Bound is a cozy co-op fantasy home building game about gathering friends, discovering new decor, and slowly turning a humble hearth into a living home. Build together, unlock new furnishings through play, and craft spaces that feel uniquely yours with hundreds of objects and plenty of QOL features like custom grouping presets and duplication!

Start small, then grow your home together

Begin with a simple hearth and a handful of furnishings. As you place items, experiment with themes, and decorate your space, new objects and categories unlock naturally. What starts as a modest cottage can become a sprawling fantasy homestead filled with personality and charm.

Build freely with powerful placement tools

Expand Rooms, Place, rotate, scale, and recolor furniture to shape your perfect space. Snap objects to grids for tidy builds or turn snapping off for more organic designs. Arrange clutter, decorate walls, experiment with layouts, and fine-tune every detail until your hearth feels just right.

Save presets, create favorited collections, and expand and remove walls freely!

First and Third Person

Freely switch between view modes by zooming the camera. Experience cozy building up in full stylized hand painted fidelity or switch to Third Person and admire your Hearth and Home and your characters Swag and Emotes! The choice is yours!

Discover new decorations as you play

Play Creative, or Classic where item unlock progression is built around discovery. Placing certain objects, experimenting with themes, and decorating your home unlocks new furniture sets and decorative items. Whether you're building a cozy woodland cottage, a scholar’s study, or a lively tavern room, there are always new pieces waiting to be found.

Relax and build together

Invite friends to your hearth and design side by side. Collaborate on rooms, share decorating ideas, and watch your home evolve as everyone contributes together.
