What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Labyrinth RPG is being developed as a systems-driven RPG that benefits from real player feedback. Early Access allows us to involve players as core mechanics, balance, progression systems, and usability are refined through active development and iteration.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect Labyrinth RPG to remain in Early Access for approximately 6–12 months, though this may change as development progresses and systems evolve based on testing and feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan for the full version of Labyrinth RPG to expand on the Early Access foundation with additional content, improved balance, expanded progression systems, and overall polish. As development continues, we aim to refine existing mechanics, improve performance and usability, and introduce new features where appropriate.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version of Labyrinth RPG is fully playable and includes core dungeon exploration, combat systems, character progression, and gear acquisition. While the primary gameplay loop is in place, content, balance, and presentation are still being actively developed and refined.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No. The game will remain the same price during and after Early Access. The purchase includes both the standard PC experience and VR support.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback is a core part of development. Player reports, balance feedback, and gameplay insights directly influence updates and improvements. As a solo developer, I actively review and respond to feedback to refine systems, improve performance, and expand content throughout Early Access. Players can provide feedback through Discord, email, or directly in-game via the reporting system.”

About This Game

Labyrinth RPG is a tactical dungeon crawler about dangerous descents, long-term progression, and learning when to push deeper or return home.

Enter the Labyrinth, face deliberate turn-based battles, collect equipment, solve dungeon challenges, and bring progress back to the village. Each descent asks you to balance risk and reward as you prepare for the next expedition.

Begin with the First Descent

The First Descent opening brings players into the story and the Labyrinth from the beginning, with Wisp-guided moments introducing the journey ahead.

Master Tactical Combat

Choose abilities, manage targets and status effects, and read the flow of each encounter. Preparation and careful decisions matter more than speed.

Face More Than Combat

Traps and Special Reward Rooms add risk and opportunity to each descent. Symbol Puzzle Chests present short poems describing abilities. Interpret the clues and choose the matching Symbol to unlock the reward.

Bring Progress Home

Collect gear, develop your characters, and use village systems to prepare for the next expedition. Knowing when to retreat is part of the strategy.
