About This Game

A calamity wrought from the stars. A meteor crashed into the land and seeped into the soil. As the corruption spreads, the denizens understand how insignificant they are, and victims of dormancy, they no longer seek out ways to thrive. However, if that opportunity is brought back to them, they will seize it with a renewed fervor.

Kami: The Great Guardian is a short, compact 2D Metroidvania:

• Finish it in around 1 hour.

• Get up to 5 hours of gameplay to unlock all 10 Steam achievements.

• Unlock up to 7 abilities.

• Acquire up to 12 optional collectibles.

• Find 2 sequence breaks to progress further into the adventure in different ways.

• Compete for the world record with leaderboard support.
