Miksi Early Access?

We need as much help as possible to polish the game for its full launch, which you can do by sharing your suggestions and reporting any bugs you find. We also want to give you access to the game while it's being developed as a thank-you for your support.

We plan for the gameplay loop, main story, side quests, and the map to be finishable. We think this might equate to approximately ~15 hours of replayable content.

The main gameplay loop is established. The player has some abilities, a leveling system, and an inventory, and can explore a considerable region of the map.

The main story includes the prologue and chapters 1 and 2, as well as introductions to the stories of 3 companions. The world also features various side quests.

We estimate that there are currently about ~3 hours of content.

DRAIN is an action RPG set in a dark fantasy world after a sudden catastrophe. The focus lies on its combat gameplay and deep story, where the destinies of intriguing companions revolve around yours. Exploring the world and solving its puzzles, mysteries, and struggles will be crucial.

SYNOPSIS

A sudden storm strikes the land. It corrupts all life into monstrous beings, tormented by their sins and ravenous for what they desire most.

Some are lucky enough survive, though the only place safe from the storm they can find is the sewers. They form a colony there, but soon enough realize not everyone can live in harmony.

Luna is one of the lucky survivors. However, she was unconscious for much longer than any human could survive. How is that possible?

She craves answers, both for herself and for the world.

The most explicit sexual content will consist of showing characters' breasts and buttocks, without showing genitals. There are options to activate warnings about these situations, but there is no censorship. Jokes and innuendos about sexual acts are made sporadically. In addition, some clothing is revealing.

Emotionally heavy topics such as death, the value of people, murder/violence, depression, and the loss of loved ones are regularly mentioned and/or addressed.

Although less frequent and less focused, topics such as suicide, abortion, and torture are also addressed.

Some side activities include gambling.
