About This Game

Overview


Bury Me Again is an absolute brutal roguelike, and if this is your first video game, do NOT buy it (I warned you). Dive into a dark fantasy world where survival is never guaranteed and every run can end in seconds. Weapons and healing items are your friends, the creatures are not, so choose your upgrades wisely and pray they're enough. I doubt you'll reach the end, but feel free to flex the achievement if you manage to.

Players

Go in alone if you're stupid, or bring up to 5 friends along for the suffering. Or try local split screen co-op, it allows two of you team up on the same screen. (You cannot play split screen AND online together. They are separate modes.)

Maps

Explore a huge list of locations, each one includes the dark fantasy vibe. Fight your way through dark forests, run past headstones in the graveyard, and stumble through hot deserts. Every map hides rare upgrades and abilities, so exploring is just as dangerous as it is rewarding.

Difficulty

This game wont hold your hand. Enemies scale fast, mistakes are punished hard, and one wrong step can turn a good run into a gravestone. If you're after an easy power fantasy bullet heaven, look elsewhere. If you want a real fight, welcome to Bury Me Again.


Creatures

The creatures of Bury Me Again are not your friends. Twisted, nightmarish, and relentless, they swarm from every direction with one goal: making sure you don't make it out alive. Try not to become wolf food, because once they catch you, it's over.

Bury Me Again takes its dark fantasy tone seriously. While there's no explicit death animation, players flash red and shake when taking damage, and dying turns you into a gravestone. Some creatures may be frightening for younger players. All visuals are rendered in a retro pixel art style.
