„SummaGrande is built on one idea: arithmetic gets easier when you are trying to beat someone. The core game works today, but a game about learning improves fastest with real players and real classrooms. Early Access lets us see which modes people return to, where the difficulty curve breaks, and what teachers need that we have not thought of. What we learn here decides what we build next.“

„We expect around 12 months, though this depends on what feedback shows us. We would rather leave Early Access with a game that is genuinely finished than exit on a date announced too early. Development continues throughout, with regular updates.“

„We plan to expand in three directions:

- More game modes and match formats beyond the current ruleset
- Deeper classroom and league tools for teachers running group sessions
- Additional themes, mentors and cosmetic content

We also plan to broaden the subject matter beyond arithmetic. These are intentions rather than commitments — plans change as we learn from players.“

- Full card-game ruleset with multipliers, scoring and perfect-round bonuses
- Head-to-head online multiplayer, one versus one
- Cross-platform play across Windows, macOS and Linux
- Tutorial mode and an AI opponent
- Classroom supervisor mode: one supervisor can run up to 32 simultaneous matches (64 players)
- League play with ranked standings
- 56 achievements, multiple visual themes and a progression system

Expect rough edges. You will occasionally meet a bug, and some interface text is still being refined. Please report what you find.“

„We plan to increase the price when SummaGrande leaves Early Access, reflecting the content added during that period. Everyone who buys during Early Access keeps access to the full release at no extra cost.“

„SummaGrande is made by a small team and we read everything. We use the Steam community hub and discussion boards as the main channel, and we post regular update notes explaining what changed and why.

We are especially interested in two groups: teachers running the classroom mode, who see things no solo player will, and players who find the difficulty poorly tuned in either direction. Feedback on pacing, difficulty and classroom tooling directly shapes our priorities.“
